Gotta Camp Is Just Around The Corner!

Just 16 days from right now, we will be checking in your awesome campers for an amazing week of Gotta Camp! Here’s a rundown of everything you need to know today. All of this information is also on our beloved Registered Campers page!

Paperwork & Tuition
All tuition payments and paperwork must be completed or uploaded in CampBrain by now. For the few of you still missing anything, I will be sending individual reminder emails shortly.

Last week I physically mailed two forms to every camper – our Pre-Camp Symptom Tracker, and the COVID-19 Self Declaration form required by Brewster Academy. My hope is that this will make it a little easier to keep everything straight, as far as what needs to be uploaded vs. brought to camp!

In addition to these two forms, if your camper is NOT vaccinated, a negative PCR test result administered within the 72hrs prior to arrival must be presented at check-in.

Camper Info Packet
The entire Camper Info Packet is available for download here and on the Registered Campers page. This is full of packing lists, check-in and check-out procedure, as well as a sample daily schedule and camp rules.

During Camp
We know this year is different in many ways. We’re looking forward to providing both a sense of normalcy and the zany, offbeat fun our campers expect from us! We as a staff are preparing as many fun things and extra surprises as we can for our campers, and I’d like to do the same for you all!
