2026 Dates & Deadlines
- January 1 – Registration opens
- February 28 – Early Bird Discount ends
- June 15 – Gotta Gear ordering opens
- June 29 – All tuition payments are due
- June 29 – All paperwork must be uploaded into CampBrain
- July 4 – Gotta Gear ordering closes
- July 26 – Campers check in for Lions Camp Pride Session
- August 2 – Campers check in for New Hampton School Session
Forms
These forms need to be completed within CampBrain by June 29th:
- Camper Medical Form
- Overnight Camper Roommate Request
These documents must be uploaded into CampBrain by June 29th:
- Signature of Licensed Medical Professional
- Health Insurance Card (front and back)
- Camper Photo

On Check-In Day
Check-In is on Sunday from 2pm-3pm. See your session Info Packet for additional information.
Gotta Gear pre-orders will open in June. All pre-ordered gear will be ready and waiting for your camper at check-in. If you choose not to pre-order, there will be some items available for purchase at check-in. We take cash, check, credit cards, and Venmo/PayPal.
