Happy summer! Happy 4th of July!
Gotta Camp will be here before you know it, but first, of course, there must be paperwork! There is a LOT of important information in this email, so please take a minute to read it. The Registered Campers page will be super helpful as we get closer to our session–you may want to bookmark it now!

In this email:

  • Paperwork & Tuition
  • Gotta Gear Orders
  • Camper Info Packet

Paperwork & Tuition
All tuition payments and the majority of camper paperwork must be completed or uploaded in CampBrain by July 10th!

Brewster Academy requires either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test in order to attend any program on their campus, a self-declaration form, and a waiver. Some of these are due now, some are due upon arrival at camp. Details on all of these can be found on our Registered Campers page.

PLEASE NOTE if you completed your health form early, first of all, thank you! Last month I added COVID-19 to the vaccination list, so if your child has received the vaccination AND you have already completed the health form, just let me know and I can reopen the form for you to add that info.

Please get in touch with me if you have any questions or trouble with the forms, I am always happy to help.

Gotta Gear
The Gotta Gear online store will be open for business SOON! This year we are offering our classic Gotta Camp hoodies, baseball shirts, and the water bottle/bag/hat set. There’s also an option to contribute to the camp scholarship fund if you so choose!

At check-out, choose local pick-up and please specify your Camper’s name in the order notes. Your gear will be distributed when you check in at camp.

We will have the bags, hats, and water bottles available for in-person sales, but please note we do not order many additional hoodies or shirts for sale at check-in, so if you want one, absolutely pre-order it! Ordering deadline is July 15th.

Camper Info Packet
The full 2021 Camper Info Packet including packing lists, maps, and so much more will be emailed to all registered families soon. In the meantime, I have been putting it up piece by piece on the (say it with me!) Registered Campers page!

Keep an eye on your inbox, and join the Camp Gottalikachallenge Parents Group on Facebook for packing tips and more!

While I’m sad we had to cancel the July session, our staff and I are so very excited for our August session! We do have a few more spaces available that I’d love to fill (particularly in the younger boys dorm!). If you know of anyone who would be interested, send them to CampGottalikachallenge.org! Financial assistance is still available!

SEE YOU SOON!

Royally yours,
Queen Lou
