Tuition covers all activities, project materials, a camp t-shirt, daily snack for day campers and room & board for overnight campers.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at time of registration. Additional payments can be made at any time through our online system or by check. Final balance is due by July 1.
Early Bird Discount – All campers who register by March 31st receive a 10% discount.
Team Discounts – When 5 or more kids from the same Destination Imagination or Odyssey of the Mind team register for the same camp session, each camper receives a discount – $25 off day camp, or $50 off overnight camp.
Thanks to a grant from the Ann Theodore Foundation, we are thrilled to offer generous need-based financial assistance, covering up to 100% of tuition. If your camper qualifies for free/reduced school lunch, you qualify for assistance! If that’s not the case, we are still happy to work with you to ease the financial burden. If your camp session is canceled for any reason, you can choose to roll your tuition over as a credit toward next summer, or we will provide a full refund.
General Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your registration prior to May 31st, the deposit will be kept and any additional amount you have already paid will be returned. After June 1, we are not able to offer refunds.
