2023 Dates & Deadlines
- January 6 – Registration opens
- March 31 – Early Bird Discount ends
- July 1 – All tuition payments are due
- July 1 – All paperwork must be uploaded into CampBrain
- July 9 – Gotta Gear order deadline
- July 30 – Campers check in for Lions Camp Pride Session
- August 6 – Campers check in for Brewster Session
Forms
These forms need to be completed within CampBrain by July 1st:
- Camper Medical Form
- Overnight Camper Roommate Request
These documents must be uploaded into CampBrain by July 1st:
- Signature of Licensed Medical Professional
- Health Insurance Card (front and back)
- Camper Photo
- Participant Waiver (Brewster session only)

On Check-In Day
Check-In is on Sunday from 2pm-3pm. See your session Info Packet for additional information.
Pre-orders for Gotta Gear have closed, BUT we will have some items available for purchase at check-in. We take cash, check, credit cards, and Venmo/PayPal.
